At EzyDog, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, hair-free condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once inspected.
